What it's like to work with us

Straight fees

One management fee, and costs passed through at invoice value. If a supplier gives us a rebate, it goes to the owner. We don't make money in the margins of your invoices.

People you can phone

Your vessel has a named superintendent and a named crew manager. You get their direct numbers. When something happens at sea on a Sunday night, that matters.

Numbers with every decision

When we recommend a repair or a docking scope, you get the cost, the off-hire impact and what it means for the ship's value. You decide with the full picture.

We speak your trade

Ferry timetables, bulker vetting, ro-ro turnarounds, OSV charterer audits: we've managed in all of them, and we don't pretend they're the same job.

See for yourself

Happy to put you in touch with current owners, and to share sample monthly reports and inspection records, once we're in serious discussion.

One report a month, written to be read

One monthly report: budget against actual, off-hire, vetting status, and the costs that are coming. Written for owners and their banks, not for a filing cabinet.

Four offices, on the world's trade lanes

The principal container, tanker and dry bulk routes, the chokepoints they pass through, and our head office in Doha, inside the Arabian Gulf. Athens, Port Sudan and a fourth office in Asia cover Europe, Africa and the Far East, so a superintendent is never more than a short flight from the ship.
